So I put it in, but didn't workout....I got to get ready for work....plus, I like to watch videos before participating just to be sure what I'm getting myself into. All in all, I think I will really enjoy it! It doesn't seem too phenomenally hard, but I may look silly the first couple of times doing it. (mentally, I have rhythm, physically....not so much). Plus, it was a steal at Walmart for under $10. If you have a ****ty side, get it! :)
I have always said my calorie range was 600-800 calories but I've never come near 800 even once since being sleeved.
Today as part of a very slooow transition into maintenance (I'd like to lose a few pounds along the way for a "cushion") we are trying to see if I can eat 800 calories without introducing poor food choices or overeating my tiny sleeve.
B - protein shake at 36 g
S - 1/2 Quest bar
L - Lemon pepper tuna (2/3 of a 3 oz can)
S - protein shake at 40 g
D - Hormel White Chicken Chili, maybe 1/3 can
S - 1 tablespoon of natural roasted almond butter
Total with supplements 779 calories.
Water: 60 oz down, 36 to go. One of the problems with the above eating plan is that it gives me less drinking time. I'll work it out.
Vitamins: easy peasy
Exercise: One of the "Sweatin' to the Oldies" DVDs. Maybe some extra ab work.
