Breakfast: scrambled egg whites with shredded cheese
Then 16 ounces coffee with Lite Soy Milk
and 11.5 ounces Low Sodium V8
Lunch: Baked tilapia, steamed broccoli with low fat cheese sauce, avocado/tomato/cheese cup
then 16 ounces hot tea
Snack: sugar free cherry jello
Dinner: Baked chicken and two low fat turkey meatballs.
and will have 24 ounces of water/tea - sugar, carb, protein, fat, etc. free before I'm done
