L- 2oz Cajun turkey shaved, 1 slice of Vermont Chedder cheese
D- 2oz shrimp and ****tail sauce

Water- in progress
Vitamin- will take them before dinner
Exercise- haha nope not today

Fluids- two vitamin waters, decaf coffee, milk (poop day haha),
Vitamin-will take after work
Exercise- zero notta zilch. My first week back to work is kicking my asterisk!
