Excersize Accountability Thread
I am doing the 30 Day Shred as well - on Level 2, Day 6 tonight. It's killer but boy, the results are amazing! Love it! It's my running day too, so I'll be doing the Shred plus a 35 minute walk/run on the treadmill (training for a 5K with the "Couth to 5K" app..super awesome) so I'll be SWEATING and feeling good!
Finally over the flu. Haven't worked out in over a week but today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of weigh training and 90 minutes of Yoga. The Yoga was hard but I feel pretty good.
