Excersize Accountability Thread

Today I ran an all time high! 3 miles non stop. The 2 miles at 5.2 mph and the last mile at 4.5 mph. Whoot Whoot! Then I did a 15 minute arm toning/weight lifting routine.

  HW/233 *  SW/212 * CW/133 *GW/132 * 100 Pounds of FAT gone FOREVER!

I worked out TWICE today!  I did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred for 30 minutes this morning.  Plus, I walked the dogs for a brisk 20 minutes.  

 

5'5"    Goal reached, but fighting regain.  Back to Basics.

I am doing the 30 Day Shred as well - on Level 2, Day 6 tonight. It's killer but boy, the results are amazing! Love it! It's my running day too, so I'll be doing the Shred plus a 35 minute walk/run on the treadmill (training for a 5K with the "Couth to 5K" app..super awesome) so I'll be SWEATING and feeling good!

 Finally over the flu. Haven't worked out in over a week but today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20  minutes of weigh training and 90 minutes of Yoga. The Yoga was hard but I feel pretty good.

Went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  Then did 45 minutes weights on my upper body.  Feeling relaxed tonight now.  Tomorrow will be lower body.

By the way, What is Shred?

Finally went back to the gym today. Been in a rut for a while now. If I can just commit to at least 30 minutes on the treadmill daily I will be proud of myself. I just dont want to end up looking like this:

 I walked 8 times around the mall today. It took me 65 minutes. According to the mall's website, that's 4 miles. 

I finsihed tonight off with a light upper body weight workout.
