D: is going to be 1-2 oz lean ground beef

Have had 3 bottles of water so far and a large tea....will squeeze in water #4 and a SF popsicle, why not...live it up, right? lol

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

 Friday:

I kinda beat to my own drum...

Morning I had:
Hot tea,
couple of spoons of yougert
Slice of cheese

Lunch:  1/2 bowl of Shrimp Gumbo from Papadeux  I really just like the broth part and get in about 3 pieces of shrimp then take the rest home.

Dinner:
Eggdrop soup (This has become my comfort food!)  I can't eat eggs anymore but this goes down well
and 1/2 spring roll

I drink Propel water and tea throughout the day and sometimes I have some wine on weekends

I'm never hungry which I love but I don't measure things anymore...I just eat until I feel full.  I still can't eat more than 4 oz at once but I eat or graze all day.
