Friday:

I am trying to eat 6 times a day and drink 2 protein shakes... so I don't know if B, L, D and snacks will work since that's not what I'm doing... so I'm doing Meal 1- etc

Meal 1- 2 oz home made pot pie filling (chicken peas carrots, chicken broth, etc)
Premier Protein shake
Meal 2- 6 jumbo shrimp (2 oz)
Meal 3- mozarella cheese, peparroni (sp?), 1/2 oz tuna
Meal 4- 2 oz chicken and refried beans
Premier Proten shake
Meal 5- 1 1/2 oz home made pot pie filling (chicken peas carrots, chicken broth, etc)

Water- 70+ oz
Vitamins- missed a dose of calcium and vitamin C
Excercise- 2 miles of neighborhood walking
