L: 1 oz turkey bacon meatball, 2 oz chicken
S: greek yogurt
D: 3 oz baked cornish game hen, 2T stuffing
S: ww cheese stick

water: 32 oz down, 32 to go
vitamins: done
exercise: walk the dogs later

 Wow, that's A LOT of food!   I'm still on phase 3 and feel like I'm overeating and yet I'm nowhere near you.  

B - 1/2 cup special K strawberries with 1/4 cup fat free lactaid
S - no AM snack
L - 1/2 cup ground turkey breast (taco seasoned) on 1/2 cup shredded iceberg
S - not sure yet
D - I think I'm going with chicken piccata

multivitamin - done
calcium & Vit D - in the pm
exercise: going Walmart & grocery shopping w/my babies later

Water - none yet.  How do you get so much water in so fast?

It might seem like a lot, but it's only about 750 calories.  

There are 8 oz in a cup, so for comparison, the 1/2 cup ground turkey you list for lunch is 4 oz.

I drink almost constantly between meals (except for 45-60 minutes after I eat).  Hydration is so important for us and for weight loss.

Ugh, it's the weekend and everything is a little bit up in the air.

brunch:  quiche
S: Mango Habenero cheese sticks
Dinner:  Meatballs and fauxtatoes
Supper: ?
S:  Popcorn...my dr. would probably scream at me but it's my guilty pleasure.  Let me have it.

Water: 40 oz done
Vits: done
Exercise:  walk the 3 dogs and my ****ty *****cat Dolls dance vid later
