Great Answer for Nosy People
Hello!
I guess my weight loss has become pretty noticeable and people are starting to comment (which feels great!). I am feeling more comfortable and have told anyone that asks that I have had the sleeve... My only little quirk right now is that EVERYONE is asking how much I have lost so far. It has gotten so bad that coworkers ask me EVERYDAY! This has become very mentally hard especially if I am going through a stall. I was debating telling people that I was not going to give out my weight loss number but I thought that might be rude because I know that most people are just trying to be supportive.
Yesterday I came up with a good response.... If someone asks me "How much have you lost?" and I don't feel comfortable answering then I am going to respond with " Well this was never about the pounds that I will lose but about getting healthy, feeling better, and getting my life back. I am getting closer to that goal everyday!!"

That is a great response!
I just tell them I am not getting on the scale anymore! I think I will start using your line.
Thanks!
