B-Unjury chocolate & bannana protein shake
S- Sargento cheddar cheese stick
L-2oz. lean ground meat & 2 tbsp marinara sauce/grated cheese 1tsp.
S-Sugar free lime jello
D-Having 2 oz chicken salad, 1 tsp. light mayo & 5 wheat thin crackers
S-Probably another protein shake or a cup of Unjury chicken soup

Vitamins- taken
liquids-45 so far
exercise- walked 1 1/2 miles, vaccum the entire house, maybe try to do a little zumba.
