Excersize Accountability Post

Today I did not have to get up early or go anywhere at a certain time

So I ran 3 miles in 36 minutes and another 1.3 miles at 3.5 mph on a 4% incline
Then I did an entire set of upper body workout weights.

Yeah, I feeling good right now!

 AWESOME!!!  Nice job and a ton of exercise.

I trail walked 2.5 miles today in 35 minutes.  Lots of hills... feel great.
