Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Super Bowl Sunday

Not a good day- baking and grilling all day by various family members.  In the house

brownies
fried chicken drummettes
grilled drumsticks
high protein low carb bread (put in the freezer now)
skinny cow cookies and cream bars
veggie trays
kashi cereal go lean crunch
meatball subs


I didn't eat a lot of any one thing, but way too much overall.  Junk food will be banned from the house as of first thing in the morning- once they go to school in the tra**** goes.  

It's crazy how I can feel like crap on under 1000 calories.  I so need to be able to exercise again!

Uhhhhhh okay it's been a few since I did this

B- cheese
L- eggs scrambled with sausage crumbles and cheese
D- crab leg meet- which has made me feel like garbage :X
Super Bowl snacks will be Cajun crab dip and cheese crisps

Water-100+oz so far
Vitamins- forgot will do those
Excercise-meh off day lady Sunday's rock!

 Superbowl and I have not been eating on plan all afternoon.

Started good with 2 Soy Lattes, and toast with low fat ham. Then had protein coffee for lunch. After that, I had about 8 oz of sweet wine, 4 cups popcorn snack mix, about 10 honey roasted almonds, a few potato chips and 1/2 linguica (portuguese sausage).  I am sipping water and planning on how to get rid of the rest of the snacks today. I gave 1/2 to my sister in law, but that still leaves a lot in the house because a lot of people cancelled last minute.

Well I did a 5K and started a 10K late. we were off route so we fell short in the 10K
but I completed the 5K
