Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday
So how did everyone do over the weekend? I posted already about my carb binge (yuck). Today I am back to my VSG plan and already feeling better. 
B; protein shake; coffee w/sugar free creamer
S: greek yogurt
L: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, one slice cucumber, 1T light ranch, 1T craisins
D: 3 oz garlic parmesan chicken (new recipe I'm making tonight)
S: herbal tea, ww string cheese
water: 44 oz done, 20 oz to go.
vitamins: all but D done, which I'll have tonight
exercise: 30 min yoga and 30 min core done

I didn't track over the weekend but busted the carbs and calories yesterday with 3 glasses of merlot..eek!

S: Beef Jerky 2oz
L: Shrimp and Tangy Tomato Salad
S: 2 Mini Mr Goodbars
D: 2 oz Lump Crab

Exercise - Rest day after digging trenches and laying 36 feet of landscape stones (40lbs ea.) I hurt!
I don'****ch football...so no harm done (not to say that I couldn't do some harm tho)!

vitamins: Done
exercise: 60 minutes with trainer (she KILLED me last night...I am dreading tonight)
