So how did everyone do over the weekend?  I posted already about my carb binge (yuck).  Today I am back to my VSG plan and already feeling better. 

B; protein shake; coffee w/sugar free creamer
S: greek yogurt
L: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, one slice cucumber, 1T light ranch, 1T craisins
D: 3 oz garlic parmesan chicken (new recipe I'm making tonight)
S: herbal tea, ww string cheese

water: 44 oz done, 20 oz to go.
vitamins: all but D done, which I'll have tonight
exercise: 30 min yoga and 30 min core done

I didn't track over the weekend but busted the carbs and calories yesterday with 3 glasses of merlot..eek!

B: Starbucks Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte & 1/4 BF Sandwhich
S: Beef Jerky 2oz
L: Shrimp and Tangy Tomato Salad
S: 2 Mini Mr Goodbars
D: 2 oz Lump Crab

Water - Done
Vitamins - not yet
Exercise - Rest day after digging trenches and laying 36 feet of landscape stones (40lbs ea.) I hurt!

L: 3/4 cup Home made Split Ham and Pea Soup (OHHH so filling...)
S: 1 oz Home made Beef Jerky (made with strip steak)
D: 2 Barbeque Boneless Country Pork Ribs (about 3 oz)
S: 1 oz Cashew/Macadamia/Almond Mix

water: 67 oz so far
vitamins: Done
exercise: 60 minutes with trainer (she KILLED me last night...I am dreading tonight)

....and bed.  Over-did it at the gym yesterday and I'm still paying for it.

Been a bit hungry lately and able to eat too much.
B:1 premium peanut butter protein bar
l:2 slices deli turkey, cauliflower and 2 bites of pork
S: 1.5 oz beef jerky
D: No idea yet, better decide soon

Water: 12 oz - better get going
Exercise 1.5 miles on treadmill

S: LC banana cake
D:  4 oz hamburger with mustard and SF pickles
S:  not sure maybe black forest ham and a swiss cheese sllice

water:  9.5 cups
vitamins: yup
exercise: 3 mile walk

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.
