Oatmeal left me starving!

 Today's exoeriment:one soy breakfast patty, followed by half a serving of Quaker weightloss oatmeal...  Wonder how full that will keep me?

It went much better :)  For some reason, the morningstar farms sausage patties seem to keep me feeling not hungry, just as long as the turky patties do...  From now on, if I want oatmeal, I'm definitely pairing it up with something else :)

You could try cooling your oatmeal a bit and then add a scoop of protein powder to it.  It is very good, much thicker and will really stick to your ribs.

 They make high protein versions too- 15 grams in a serving.  Unfortunately I bought an entire box of one variety that is fairly nasty.  Eventually I will try my true love- steel cut oats and perhaps put in some protein supplement.  For now, too carby.
