Do you have a favorite protein powder? I am three months out really struggling with my protein intake  any suggestions on which ones taste best and stay down;]

Right now, I use two powders:  Nectar Chocolate Truffle and Optimum Nutrition's Caramel Toffee Fudge.  I use a scoop in my morning coffee, along with some almond milk.  Love it love it love it.

While early out, I really enjoyed the Unjury Chicken Soup - savory, not sweet.  I also used packets of the unflavored in some soups and puddings.

Hope this helps.

Speaking of protein - does anyone know if you can buy unjury in a store?  Or do you have to order online and pay shipping?

The protein mixed with milk is too heavy for me too.

I do a vanilla powder (Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream) mixed with 5 - 6 ounce of water, 2 - 3 ounces of fruit juice and SF flavored syrup.  I'm alternating between orange juice w/vanilla syrup and pineapple juice w/coconut syrup.  The juice adds some carbs, but so would 8 oz. of milk.  The key for me is to get it cold...fridge time and ice are best.

I also have some RTD chocolate Premier Protein shakes from Costco and I can drink half at a go.

My last go to for now is half of a Quest protein bar.  Half a bar is 10 grams of protein and some carbs but mostly fiber.

Hope you find something that clicks for you.
