Better late than never!  I've been at a conference and so I haven't been able to post much and haven't had a ton of control over foods options.  I survived food-wise but will be glad to get back to my normal schedule tomorrow.

B: yogurt w/ a few craisins & granola in it 
S: coffee
L: 2 oz bbq chicken, 1T cole slaw, 2T cucumber/onion/dill salad
S: 1/2 choc chip cookie
D: 1.5 oz baked pork chop, .5 oz grilled beef tenderloin, 2T mashed potatoes
S: ww cheese stick

water: only half done.  I have lots of work to do.
vitamins: done
exercise: none other than being on my feet all day and taking down conference set-up

Early D: Scrambled Egg and Light Laughing Cow Swiss
Support Group Meeting so... extra water w/crystal light
Later D: Refried Beans

Water: 55 oz so far
Vitamins: umm...
Exercise: Out and about with the husband for a few hours

Go back to work on Monday..... after 41/2 weeks, I'm ready.

Happy Thursday!
I spent the first half of the day debilitated by a KILLER migraine!  So I am a little behind on some things... time to play catch up!

B: Sliced Salami and a slice of cheese
S:4 carrot sticks dipped in Ranch Greek Yogurt
L: Tuna & 5 flat bread crackers
S:Homemade Beef Jerky
D: Chicken w/ marinara sauce
S: Sugar Free Popsicle Protein Smoothie (if needed)

Water: WAY BEHIND!
Vitamins: Need to do still
Exercise: Step Aerobics while watching Grey's Anatomy

 L: 2oz dilusso cracked pepper turkey, one wedge laughing cow cheese
 S: 2oz. Chicken breast
