Fighting the flu today....

B: Protein Coffee
L: 1 pkt Low Sugar Oatmeal w/ 2tbsp slivered almonds, 1 tblsp butter and cinnnamon
S: Nectar Lemon Tea Protein Shake
D: 3 oz Salmon

Water: 57 oz so far
Vits: Need multi's and round 2 calcium
Exercise: No...don't feel well

Had my physical this morning, so I had to hold off eating until the vampire had drained blood, SO...

B: quest protein bar while driving to work
L:  burrito bowl (burrito innards in a salad)
S: nonfat latte
S:  raw veggies
D:  ?
S:  ?

water:  way behind and playing catch up
vites:  yup
exercise:  cardio tonight

B: 1 oz diced left over baked chicken w/1 egg, scrambled
S: Protein shake
L: 1/3 c. cottage cheese
S: Protein shake
D: Rib steak (bbq) - 2 or 3 oz. w/grilled peppers
S: Oberto Pepperoni stick

Water: 6 so far
Vitamins: 2 down, 2 to go
Exercise: 1 mile walk with steep hill

Tonight will be my first try at a steak, so it will be interesting to see how it sits!

D: 2.5 ounces salmon, 1/2 cup asparagus, 1/8 cup quinoa
S- isopure plus or a shake, need to get the protein up.

Finally on solid foods and can contribute

B:  coffee w/sf creamer, 1/2 scrambled egg, 1/2 oz smoked salmon
S: 1/4 protein shake
L:  1/2 oz baked halibut
S: other half of scrambled egg and salmon
D: 1/2 El Pollo Loco thigh, no skin (had grandson over for weekend)

water:  still a challenge to get it in - getting about 6-7 cups
vitamins:  yes
exercis:  walking

Working on breaking my 3 week stall.
