all i want is a 0.8 pound loss!
I am at 200.6 again. i went up to 201 for a week and now back down. i did some extra running on the treadmill this morning to hopefully pu**** under the 200 mark. i've built up onederland in my head and i'm really curious how i will react when the scale reads 199, which i know is coming within the next 2 weeks (based on my losing pattern).

Hi Jessica... You are almost there whooohooo!! I made it there on feb 2.. after a month long volley between 203 and 200 so I get you. Today 196.6 .. take a pic of the number and really look at it.. you will be sooo proud!! I have a new drive and motivation that I was starting to lose with the stalls. Water did it for me... Mc D's non sweetened ice tea 32oz all afternoon after a 32 oz mint twinings cold brew decaf in the morning. Keep drinking and one morning soon it will happen.. I'll be waiting to hear!!
