One year ago today... *PICS*
... I had my first appt with my surgeon. It started this wonderful journey I'm on! It hasn't always been easy, but I would totally do it all over again! I'm 93 pounds lighter and feel great!!
I also had an NSV this week that I wasn't expecting. Occassionally I change into workout clothes at work so I can go straight to volleyball or zumba or core class or yoga or whatever. The women's bathroom on my floor has two stalls - one big and one small. When I was 246 pounds, I would automatically use the big stall, even just to pee. It was habit because it was so much easier to get in and close the stall door without having to straddle the toilet to get the door past me. Well, I've moved onto the smaller stall for basic stuff, but I guess it's become so much of a new habit and I can navigate the small stall so much better now... that I went into it to change my clothes without even thinking! I was halfway through and though "I've never used this stall to change in! WOW!"
Anyhow, if you are thinking about doing this, do it! I love my sleeve!
Edited to add pics of me in a size 8 Express dress! Didn't buy it, but did buy a different one that I liked even better!!
(face blurred to facebook can't use photo-recognizer on me)

Some, yes. My arms have batwings. Not real bad, but it's there. My inner thighs, definitely. And my stomach is really wrinkly.
Still, it beats being almost 250 pounds!!

Thanks! I've never been this small in my adult life... last time I weighed in the 150's was middle school and I was probably a few inches shorter then. I never thought I'd make it this far, but here I am! And you can do it too!

I do! I feel great! Thanks!
It's funny about my legs. When *I* look at them in the mirror, they look huge to me. But looking at these pics, they look pretty good! Our minds play terrible tricks on us...
