 Hope everybody had a great day today!  Please feel free to join in the post to help one another to exercise regularly!

26 minutes elliptical
10 minutes weight lifting

Forgot the morning vitamins, took the evening worth.  Liquids always go well thank goodness!

30 minutes on the treadmill and took all of my vitamins. Now I am just finishing up my water...

Rode 45 min on my bike, pretty tough ride (22mi), walked with a friend brisk pace 1 hour.
Trying to blast past a stall!

Day 2 of my couch-to-5K program.  Walking/running 1.82 miles in 30 minutes.

Why am I subjecting myself to this pain?!!?

I ran 2 miles then my damn treadmill broke and damn near tossed my butt off.

Going to the gym this morning.
