Easy tuna "recipe"
I had forgotten how high in protein tuna is! I also forgot that I had 8 cans of it in our cupboard :)
For lunch, I decided to combine the following, and it was yummy!
- 2 ounces tuna
- 19 grams Taboule salad
Pretty healthy too...
- 110 calories
- 19 grams protein
- 4 carbs
- 3.5 grams fat
