BTW, your 'no cheerleading squad' was a great insight to share.  I hadn't thought of that.  And I love the section on gratitude. If more people practiced gratitude, their perceptions and moods would be much better.

Ok you look great, just a question, how are you doing dealing with the cold weather now? Five months post op here and have been freezing lots, does this stable out as you get further out? All the way over on the east coast here and think you guys have shorter winters then we do. It has been mild here mostly this winter but still had some minus thirty this week burrr.

It's been pretty mild this winter, but I just bundle up when I'm cold - which is a lot more often than before my weight loss, although it does seem to have normalized a bit!
