two eggs with two light laughing cow cheese wedges at 230 cals.
S:3/4 cup of homemade sweet and sour pork stew made with low carb katchup, bell peppers, onions, oranges and pineapple, splenda and pork loin. About 150 cals
L: Homemade Hot and soup soup with pork and shrimp. About 200 cals.
S: Salad with oz. feta cheese, sliced red onion, baby spinach, three olives, and 1/8 cup walnuts. About 200 cals.
D: Prosciutto wrapped grilled prawns with garlic and Havarti cheese stuffed cherry tomatoes, broccolini with lemon and Greek yogurt sauce. About 300 cals.
All together that is about 1100 cals. I might have a glass of wine with dinner and if I am still hungry at night, I will make a steamed artichoke with Greek yogurt based dip. The wine is an extra 70 cals and the artichoke with dip is another 70 cals. All together that will be about 1250 or so cals for the day. That is my usual maintenance calories.
B: premier protein shake
S: sagento low fat string cheese
L: schwan minature ice cream with dark chocolate (62 cals, 1 protein, and I cannot wait until these are no longer in the freezer at work!)
D: Either meatballs or grilled chicken with adobo if I can hold out long enough for that to get grilled.
Exercise- 30 elliptical, 10 upper body weight lifitng. Still planning on heading out to the mall with the hubby to walk 30 minutes or so.
Water- behind at the moment, but will catch up.
Vitamins- forgot AGAIN this morning, but took them late afternoon. Night does will have to be awful late!

Full disclosure as I remember it:
2/3 cup whole milk with my coffee
1 oz piece of ham, 1.5 slice of WW chedder cheese, 1 egg
5 olives
2 oz fried and breaded fish (figured I hadn't had a lot of carbs today)
6 french fries (about an ounce at most)
about 1/4 of a Dunkin Donuts ice coffee light with 1 equal (probably 1 oz of light cream consumed)
1.5 oz vodka for a vodka martini (I know I promised myself to lay off the evening martini till goal...(sigh)
So I'm guessing (because I haven't logged today but I'm going to in Fitday after I post this)
40 grams protien
40 grams carbs
900-1000 calories.
No work out today. It's my rest day but tomorrow my husband said he'd go to the gym with me.
