 B: mini egg sandwich  with Arnolds Mini whole wheat sandwich thin, 1 egg, 1/2 slice pepperjack cheese

S:  sugar free jello/lite cool whip mixture- we call this white trash jello in our house, but no idea if there is a real name for it.  Normally we use crushed pinapple, but skipped it due to carb issues.  Also had dry Kashi Go Lean Original cereal (1 cup)

L:  Soup similar to Olive Garden's Potato sausage type

S: Isopure Plus

D:  2.25 ounces pollack coated with a curry paste  (2 tablespoons honey, 2 tabespoons spicy brown mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon curry, 1/2 tsp salt.  Makes enough to coat far more than what I ate.)   Also had 4 stalks asparagus and 2 strawberries

S:  Intending on greek yogurt to get in the last 8 grams of protein.  

Woke up starving today and have been battling the fridge all day.  Carbs went high overall, so tomorrow I need to adjust that back down.  It did feel like a lot of food for just under 800 calories at least given my hunger issues today.

Trying to be REALLY good today. I didnt post my food yesterday because I was BEYOND horrible. I will say I do not label food good or bad. Period! All I will say is yesterday was full of bad choices. REALLY bad choices. So today's plan is/was:

Pre-B: Iced Mocha/Coffee Protein shake
B: Iced Mocha/Coffee Protein shake
L: Shrimp/few fries/part of a biscuit
D: Iced Mocha/Coffee Protein shake (glad I like my shakes!!)
S: String Cheese/Almonds (No PB Cheerios due to yesterday's issues!!)

Water: 80+oz
Vits: All in except bedtime iron
HW: 228/GW: 140/CW: 134

Not at all Judy!

In a shaker/blender bottle, I add 4 oz water, 4 oz 1% milk, 3 pumps of SF Torani Chocolate syrup, 1 heaping tbsp of instant coffee, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (Dymatize ISO-100 Gourmet Vanilla is my powder of choice). Shake vigorously for about 45 seconds. Then add ice and shake. I LOVE it. I will also vary it a little by blending it with ice in my magic bullet for a frappe' type drink.
