scale

1200 calories is nearly double what most of us are eating. But as to the gaing of 2 pounds once in awhile. My weight loss pattern has driven me crazy. From my eighth day post op I would gain 2-3 pounds, stall for 10 days , then have to lose that 2 pounds at a pound a day or so. Then I'd continue to lose 4-5,pounds for a few days. Until once again I'd gain the 2 pounds and start the whole thing over. At times I have been nuts over it. But after I realized the pattern and could see my weight continue to move down, I tried to relax. I've lost 81 pounds in frustrating fits and bursts, but I've lost 81 pounds!

I had the same problem working out. Stalled me out every time I got moving. Very unmotivating. But just keep working your plan. The weight comes off eventually even if you feel stuck most of the time, if you're doing everything you're supposed to.
