 I also use myfitnesspal. My md plan said I should be eating 1200 cals a day. But there is no way possible I can get that in a day.

Were you supposed to watch carbs too. It seems you eat quite a few and they add up quick.
Maybe cut back on the carbs and add more of a protien snack. eggs, Hard bolied egg ,sausage, jerky, etc..
