 Please join in and spur one another on to exercise daily!

ellipitical 20 minutes 
strength training (upper body) 10 minutes

Just glad I did something, as I was pretty cooked by the time I came home from work :O)

Assuming all goes according to schedule, I'm doing an hour on the cross-trainer and probably 30-45 minutes on the treadmill tonight.

I had a session with my trainer last night and managed to do a whole rep of sit-ups!  Woo hoo!  My abs have been the absolute last part of me to get with the program.
