gummy vitamins?

I take centrum under-50 or centrum chewables as my multi. If you can swallow pills or capsules, you are generally better off taking them than gummies or chewables. There are 30 calories  and like 7 carbs in 2 gummies (one serving), usually, and none of them contain iron.  The only  'gummy' calcium my surgeon's office approves is Citrical which also has D3. I do take those since I cannot swallow calcium pills.   Be aware that the iron in a multi may not be sufficient for you.  If the multi also contains calcium, that will block absorption of iron.  You should not take iron and calcium within several hours of each other.

I second the Costco gummies, they taste great and don't leave a medicine taste. I also crush up centrum and mix with a spoon of apple sauce then take a sip of water.
