Smoothie

 Wow, I just made a chocolate and peanut butter smoothie! Protein by Chike.
 First time I ever had and chike was very good!

4oz water
4oz skim milk
1 scoop chocolate bliss (Chike)
1 Tbs. peanut
2-4 Ice cube

Mix in blender..and water and milk first then protein.

I wish there were more posts on here like this. I am always trying to get more ideas about smoothies and protein drinks. I just made a great one whi*****luded

1 scoop of the Blue Bonnet Regular protein
2 teaspoons of Toranni SF Hazelnut
1 oz skim milk
a dash of cinnamon

I'll have to try this Chike because I have been craving peanut butter like crazy.
