Hi new here!

I'm pretty new here too!  My first appointment with my surgeon is Thursday.   I'm hoping to make it through the 6 months of dieting since I've already went through it before my doc would agree to the letter of medical necessity.  I guess I'll find out Thursday.  You can add me as a friend if you like.

Welcome to OH Beatriz!!!!  Your 6 mos will fly by and before you know it your surgical day will be here!!  Just read read read.  You will never regret this decision.  I am almost 4 mos out and no problems and losing weight.  Absolutely would do it again in a heartbeat.  Good Luck!

The next 6 month will fly by and just think this time next year you will be alot lighter and happier.

 WOW thank you everyone for all the great feed back!  This is such a hard time in all our lives and its so great to have a community out in the WWW that knows EXACTLY what your going through!  Im so glad that my google search brought me here!  I read each and every one of your posts and i KNOW i made the right decision.  Now more then ever! 

Good luck to all of you that are about to or will be having surgery soon!  For those of you who already had surgery, Thank you for taking the time to give us the updates and teach us Newbies what to expect.  I really appreciate it!  And for those of you that still have to wait for surgery like me I look forward to being in that struggle with you.

I just came back from a 2 mile walk and as you can tell i feel great! lol

 I feel like good changes are coming and im eager to be able to eventually have the energy and desire to turn that 2 mile walk into a 4 mile walk.
