When can we start exercising?

Wow, you already had lots of responses but I thought I'd share mine too! I was back at the gym 4 days post-op.  I was still tender so I took it very easy but I did the eliptical, the bike & the treadmill.  About 3-4 days later I took a couple days off because the "big" incision where they took the stomach out had a lot of tenseness behind it & was causing lots of pain.  Since about 11-12 days out, I've been going strong 5-6 days a week. 

Especially since you have an eliptical...I'd go for it!  If/when it hurts = stop!
