i posted yesterday about similar situation. My surgery was 11/21 and I am about 3 weeks into a stall. I went back to what helped when on Atkins which was to shock my system. For 3 days I ate carbs...what I wanted and it was not nutritious. I am talking nachos, a piece of chocolate, a bit of a quiznos sandwich. I did this for 3 days and was guilt free because this was controlled. It wasn't just me giving into urges it was with intention. I have done it for 1 day before without much luck, so I went for 3 days. Yesterday it was back on program. It wasn't even that hard to get back on cause I had my Fu. A d it was over. I have dropped a lb fro my lowest so far.
If you are wanting to try it I say go for it. You really aren't going to hurt anything. You are still eating a tiny amount and it just may work!

I was sleeved on 11/14 and am in the same situation. I was stalled for weeks and just got to 45 pounds lost Friday. My suggestion is to keep on going stall is a stall. I did panic and up the water and protein, and I had read here that fish oil supplants help stalls too. But I have a feeling that if you're on plan and doing all things right, that our body just has stalls! Good luck. We're doing great! Look how far you've come!
