Restarting weightloss--protein shakes?

 Are you my twin ??? Lol trust me when I say I know exactly what you are saying I didn't even take the time to read what others wrote. My lowest weight was 128 too low looked bad been holding for the past couple years at 135 always allowing a 3 lb leeway to 138 doing and eating similar to you sorta I don't think I eat the quantity that you are able to eat but I eat bad cookies chips cheeze it's pizza burgers fries coffee with sugar and Creme basically I eat whatever I want just not very much of it but lately I noticed as well that I could eat more like 3/4 of a hamburger instead of half or a quarter that I was use to eating then the scale jumped to 139 aaahhhh too close to 140 and has held at 139 for two weekd so yesterday I did protein shakes only which helps I think to shrink the stomach down plus the scale was 138 today so now I'm going to try and do protein only today a shake a piece of chicken etc no carbs it is hard I gave up candy for lent and that is killing me but I am with you and know what you are feeling so I'm here for you lets try and kick this together.
