I went through your program. Follow their food plan, read your binder forwards and backwards, LOG and MEASURE your food, exercise, and the weight will come off. I reached my surgery goal within just a couple of months. Once you reach goal, your surgeon has to review your chart, and then you will be placed on the waiting list. It is at least 4-6 weeks, or longer, before surgery. If you can be ready at any time, ask to be placed on the cancellation list and you will have your surgery sooner. It is better for you in the long run, to lose as much weight as possible prior to surgery, so that you can achieve a healthier BMI and be a better surgical risk.

Many people are able to drop their diabetes medications after surgery. The weight loss and exercise will definitely help with that.
