more protein??
I am really trying to get in more protein--I just found out today when I started tracking my food intake that I get about 500 caloroies and 50-60grams of protein--Now keep in mind this is all in my food...no protein shakes, no protein drinks of any kind---this is all MEAT which is about all I eat! I know I need more...I am trying for around 90g...anyone have any ideas? I can not stand yogurt of any kind and have not found a single protein drink that does not make me gag. Are there any protein powders that dissolve well in water or crystal light?? Any tips?
