6 months post op
I can't believe 6 months has arrived, down 72 since surgery and was really hoping for 100 but I am still quite happy about this. I just know it is 72 lbs that I will never see again.
Eyes are still seeing the bigger side of me but I know I have lost lots of inches because of the clothing that I have packed away. I am starting to fit into my teenaged daughter's clothes now and in another month or two I will probably be into her jeans
I have brought some exercise equipment for my home because I found it very time consuming, hard to find a babysitter and gyms are costly. I plan to go right to it when I am back from vacation and will get up earlier in the mornings if I can't get in any before I go to bed. I got a gym, trampoline and an ab circle and still working on getting a treadmill but that will come with time, not really worried about it now with the nicer weather coming soon and love walking to and from work, just not on bad days. Who would have thought!!!

Forgot to mention the reason I lacked off of the exercise was because I came down with a cold that lasted almost 3-4 weeks and couldn't breath or get enough air into the lungs. Nice virus on the go around my area and it is not nice, my baby is on antibiotics for it now and we are heading on vacation next week so trying hard to get my baby in better health.
I will try to get some comparison pictures of my highest weight and my current weight while I am away since some of them are in a bathing suit, hopefully then I will be able to see the difference, when does the mind catch up? I have posted a few pictures but I find we are our worst enemies when we are looking at our own bodies, they are hidden right now on my profile but will open some up with I get back if I can see the difference. I don't like my picture being taken, I always ran from the camera but slowly getting a few taken here and there.

Careful if you were just sleeved, walking should be the only exercise you are doing this early out. I tried the elliptical was ok for the first few days but then my knee kept buckling so I don't know if that will ever go away. I have arthritis in my knees diagnosed when I was around twelve but I never let that stop me from playing sports growing up, was painful but I loved my basketball and nothing was going to stop me.
