Almost at 1/2 goal

10 more pounds and I will be at my 1/2 Goal!. The last 16 days have been a struggle. No weight loss, stress at work!
I just kept at it and dropped 4 pounds Thursday night into Friday!
Consistency and water are my keys to success!.
