Exercise while Fasting
So the next two days are clear liquids only. Saturday and Sunday are normally my heavy exercise days. I do spin AND P90X on those days. My husband says with the limited amount I'm allowed in I should just go for a long walk and give the exercise a rest. Keep in mind I have been on the pre-op diet for 2 weeks and I'm feeling it. So what do you think should I take it easy tomorrow or do the normal since I'll be limited in exercise for the next 6 weeks or so.

Uh...seriously? Your husband is right. You'll get back into it after the surgery. Your muscle will have memory. It is just 2 days.
If you have the spin bike at home, just ride it or some other stationary bike after about a week without turning it into an intense spin class. My doctor told me to walk 30 minutes per day as soon as I got home. Just don't be obsessive and over do it and hurt yourself. NO WEIGHTS!

Well that's just it after surgery they told me no heavy exercise for like 6 weeks, just walking and moderate cardio. Which I completely understand because well my stomach needs to heal. But I'm worried about losing those 6 weeks to training.
