Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday
The trainer I have think he is Bob or Jilian from Biggest Loser. I complain and his response is "give me five more." I have called this man everything but a child of God
and I enjoy the workout - after I've gone home and gotten cleaned up. I like the fact that I can feel muscles in my thighs and my stomach is getting tight. But there is absolutely no help for my large waving arms.


HMMmmmmm???? Frozen yogurt pops and food dehydrators? good info!
B: Protein shake, coffee w/ 1/2 cup whole milk (just cant do it any other way, sigh)
S: DD small ice coffee with light cream
L" 2 oz of leftover rib eye steak (on the fly)
S: small salad with 1 tbs of cabernet baslamic vinegar
D: 2 oz pork roast, 2 asparagus spears (cooking as we speak)
Exersize: 1 hour - 4 miles run/walk/incline
1 hour weight lifting
fluids - yup
vites - yup
Trying to lose that .5 lb I put on over the weekend with the girls. (sigh...again)

S: Leftover 1/2 fajita size tortilla pizza (turkey sausage, cheese and turkey pepperoni)
D: 2 Mini enchilada cups & a pistachio protein muffin
Water: doing awesome! 100oz done
Vit: Done
Exercise: 1 hour water aerobics
