Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday
I know the culprit in my life is either garlic or onions...the Alum family of veggies.
Might want to re-visit those recipies.
Seems to be a lot worse since surgery, LOL
B: Coffe w/1/2 cup whole milk
S: 3 oz leftover rib eye steak
L: DD small iced coffee w/cream
S:
D: 2 oz leftover pork, stir fried w/peppers, shallots, broccoli (1 oz max)
2 glasses of red wine
I am now officially done eating.
I did drink a lot of water today, well a lot for me 74 oz. Waters is always my big challenge
I took my vites.
Absolutely NO excersize today...too much work.
Tomorrow, BIG workout in the morning...can't wait.

I'm down a half pound since the girls weekend, so I still have hope I will be at goal in June.
My daughter is doing great, but she text me today to say the scale goes up and down 2-3 pounds every day for 3 WHOLE days! Not even 3 weeks out, LOL.
But she is happy, and we both know she will get happier.
Am I not the most fortunate woman in the world? I think so.

I use the fit bit and it does help in the tracking.

No fitbit. I just use myfitnesspal. I would love to be your accountability pal! I'm really on a roll with exercise right now, but that can easily ebb and flow with me. I got home from work today and immediately put on running clothes... ran 2 miles. Shaved 50 seconds off my time. And then I turned right around and walked the dogs. Win-win!
I am really on track right now. VERY focused on getting to goal. Less than 8 pounds to go! Eating right at 600 calories a day, drinking 100 oz of water a day, more than 80 protein, less than 20 carbs, etc. It takes a lot of discipline to be that militant, but it's working! Dropped 5 pounds since my trip last week!!

I have to work out in the morning or I'm done. I usually get up at 4-5 am...thank you menopause...
If I do then, I'm at the gym by 5ish and work out till 8ish.
I really need to get back into it better. Again, if I don't get up early, then I don't have the time later.
Work is taking up a lot of my time lately, so I have to plan it out better.
8 pounds? Lets get this done, shall we?
