D: 3 oz bacon ranch chicken (crockpot recipe that uses dry Ranch seasoning & turkey bacon)
S: sf jello

water: 70 oz done, 30 to go
vites: done
exercise: 2 miles w/ the dogs done

S: Coffee with flavoured cream
D: 3 ozBBQ pork chop, 1/2 cup broccoli w cheese, crasions salad dressing... yum!

 Hot and Sour Soup from Panda Express went down real well. Later I enjoyed a new Yoplait Greek Strawberry Yogurt. Will have a few WINGs tonight. (3)

Well I'm going to start posting daily again to get ideas of meals, and to really see what i am eating in a day...Going to the doctor in the morning to see about having the 2nd part of the surgery to the switch...

L: 2.75 oz. pork w/ .5 oz goat cheese
D: 1 oz grilled chicken, 2 oz. grilled pork loin
S: probably more yogurt or a Luna bar

Vites - need to take, but took my calcium
Exercise - did not walk / ride bikes, but worked in the yard 2-3 hours, mowing, weeding, edging, etc.
