Hot flashes...

 OK... before my surgery, I rarely had "hot flashes."   For the last couple of months  - surgery was Dec 5, 2011, I have night hot flashes and night sweats... I know... gross...

Is this normal? change in hormones from weight loss?  It's disgusting!  Should I see my OB/GYN for estrogen?  or do men who have the weight loss also have hot flashes?  or is this a woman-only issue (oh lucky us)...?

It's hormones. I had hot flashes before and I have more now. I was told as our bodies adjust this will lesson. Hang in there! The fan is my best friend!

I had night sweats after surgery a couple times. I'm 25 and my hormones should be fairly regulated with BCP. I think it's a normal healing type thing.
