I had blood drawn for labs today... and they had trouble finding a vein.  Ugh.  I thought losing weight would make blood draws easier for me.  Not so much.  My veins are still small and terribly hidden.  They poked me 5 times and finally got a little bit.  Hopefully it's enough otherwise I have to go back and give again.  Bummer.

B: string cheese
L: 3 oz pulled pork w/1 T bbq sauce for lube
S: greek yogurt w/sf preserves & splenda
D: baked chicken (leftovers)
S: sf jello?

water: 48 oz done, 52 oz to go
vites: done
exercise: 1 hour volleyball tonight

Ha!  My veins have gotten really easy to find.  Blood practically gushes out and I don't hear "your veins keep MOVING" any more. 

B:  protein latte/2 slices bacon
L:  chicken fajita salad (chicken breast, sprinkling of cheese and diced tomatoes, half of an avocado, using salsa as salad dressing)
S:  nonfat latte
D:  Greek yogurt
S:  ?

Water - yup
vites - yup
exercise - night off

B: 1 Tbs of chicken salad (I was queasy, so I ate just enough to settle my stomach.)

L: 1/4 c chicken salad made with light mayo

D: 1/4-1/3 c chicken enchiladas made with whole wheat tortillas and lots of cheese and a lovely green enchilada sauce + lettuce

I hate having my blood drwan.  My veins are so small they have to put a warm compress on my arm before they can even start looking for a vein...YUCK!

B:  3 oz leftover ground turkey taco meat with salsa
S:  1/4 apple with cheddar cheese
L:  Jay Robb Protein Drink with almond milk
S:  Low sodium beef jerky
D:  3 oz ground turkey taco meat with cheese and salsa

Water:  50 oz
Vita:  done
Exercise:  1 hour with the spawn of satan (trainer)

B1: protein shake (home-made w/ espresso powder!)
coffee w/ a little protein creamer
B2: string chz, 1oz deli turkey
Chia seed drink
Diet energy drink (caffeine-aholic.. yes I am)
L:Mexi-pork leftovers w/ melted cheddar
D:shrimp ****tail, maybe a teensy salad with parm cheese after I get the shrimp in..
S:? depends how the numbers add up.. carbmaster yogurt, or 1/2 protein wafer if needed/wanted

Gotta love those vampires! (excuse me, phlebotomists)  They make me crazy too...so much blood, such little veins...

B:  Italian Style Chicken Sausage w/mozzarella - 1 link
