Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday
I had blood drawn for labs today... and they had trouble finding a vein. Ugh. I thought losing weight would make blood draws easier for me. Not so much. My veins are still small and terribly hidden. They poked me 5 times and finally got a little bit. Hopefully it's enough otherwise I have to go back and give again. Bummer.
B: string cheese
L: 3 oz pulled pork w/1 T bbq sauce for lube
S: greek yogurt w/sf preserves & splenda
D: baked chicken (leftovers)
S: sf jello?
water: 48 oz done, 52 oz to go

exercise: 1 hour volleyball tonight

Ha! My veins have gotten really easy to find. Blood practically gushes out and I don't hear "your veins keep MOVING" any more.

B: 1 Tbs of chicken salad (I was queasy, so I ate just enough to settle my stomach.)
L: 1/4 c chicken salad made with light mayo
D: 1/4-1/3 c chicken enchiladas made with whole wheat tortillas and lots of cheese and a lovely green enchilada sauce + lettuce

I hate having my blood drwan. My veins are so small they have to put a warm compress on my arm before they can even start looking for a vein...YUCK!
