I awakened the carb monster on Monday (as I noted in my mention of birthday cake) and fought him hard yesterday with mixed success.  Today, however, I WILL be successful in kicking his @ss to the curb. 

Traveling for work again this afternoon and tomorrow, but it's only 1.5 days so I can do this and stay on plan!

B: protein shake, coffee w/creamer
S: 1 oz cheddar cheese
L: 2.5 oz leftover turkey bacon chicken creation
S: 0.8 oz beef jerky
D: unknown, but will likely have baked fish

water: 54 oz done, 46 to go
vites: done
exercise: none today

Had a huge battle with insomnia last night.. so today I'm feeling foggy-brained!

B1: protein shake & coffee
B2: 1 scrambled egg w/ 1T GY, 1 oil cured olive diced into & .25oz truffle cheese melted over
L: tuna salad
S: chia seed drink
D: Venison-bacon meatloaf.. some good stuff there!
S: ? probably not :)

I WILL get on the treadmill today

Water: floating eyeballs

S: 1 c ff milk with 1 scoop protein powder with 1 tbs peanut butter powder thrown in
D: 2.5 oz scallops

3/4 cup whole milk with 2 cups of coffee
2 oz left over turkey
.5 oz peanuts
2 oz hamburg w/fried onions/mushrooms (about .5oz)
.5 oz cheese
6 french fries

Not sure what I'm doing for dinner yet. The hubby is gone for a few days and I don't feel like cooking (or eating for that matter)

Thinking I should just go to the gym.
