Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday
I awakened the carb monster on Monday (as I noted in my mention of birthday cake) and fought him hard yesterday with mixed success. Today, however, I WILL be successful in kicking his @ss to the curb. 
Traveling for work again this afternoon and tomorrow, but it's only 1.5 days so I can do this and stay on plan!
B: protein shake, coffee w/creamer
S: 1 oz cheddar cheese
L: 2.5 oz leftover turkey bacon chicken creation
S: 0.8 oz beef jerky
D: unknown, but will likely have baked fish
water: 54 oz done, 46 to go

Not sure what I'm doing for dinner yet. The hubby is gone for a few days and I don't feel like cooking (or eating for that matter)
Thinking I should just go to the gym.
