So I get my first real visit with my surgeon tomorrow and I'm trying to get my list together.
Here are the questions I have so far (some of these are in our plan but I want to make sure they are ok for me as an individual):

1) When to move to stage 2, is 14 days okay?
2) When can I start heavier cardio?
3) When can I start weights?
4) Swimming?
5) What does he see as a good goal weight for me?

Well that's it, anything I'm missing?

I think those questions all look good.

I would though, let your primary care physican set your goal weight., bcos he or she is the one who has known you, known your history and health; and will set a realistic goal for you.

I mean I know my bariatric surgeon, but he doesn't know me a fraction as well as my primary care physician who I have been with for years.

My doctor is different than everyone else's.  He has us on liquids for 3 weeks, whimper, whimper.

Then soft foods for 3 weeks.

Such a slow transition, but he also has really excellent stats for no leaks, etc.  I think his strictness is why his stats are so good.
