whatcha eating today VSGers? Saturday
My pity party is over today. I'm back in a better mindset. Scale is still stuck (normal stall that I get in my stair step losing) but that isn't deterring me.
B: 1 piece sprouted rye toast, 2 scrambled egg whites (couldn't eat it all)
L: 3 oz grilled chicken, a few pieces cucumber, 1/2 T bbq ranch dressing, a small bit of black bean and corn salsa (it was a salad... didn't come anywhere near eating it all)
S: sf jello
D: not sure yet, but probably chicken or steak
S: more sf jello
water: 55 oz done, 45 to go
vites: not yet... will do now
exercise: ran 2.2 miles on the dreadmill this morning, also walked the dogs 1 mile

Today was productive in that I got a lot of work done, however, true to fashion when I'm busy I just get what I can.
B: stopped at Dennys and got some kind of egg sizzleing thing.
ate 2 fried egg yolks (cuz that's the best part) some of the potatoes and I think one sausage link.
Had 2 cups of coffee with cream (one from DD and one from Starbucks)
A piece of deli ham and a .5 piece of swiss cheese
One glass of wine (as we speak)
And now I'm off to a friends house for dinner, no clue what's on the menu. I'll eat the protein first.
Exersize - I did not get to the gym. I spent the day waxing my husbands mancave floor
46 x 36 - 6 coats of sealer and 6 coats of wax. He is gonna be sooooo happy when he gets home. It's a surprize. Fit bit says I walked over 5000 steps doing that.
Tomorrow I'm going to the gym for a long while.
Water, probably 30 oz is my best guess.

Today I stopped drinking while eating (Yes, yes I know :) )
Breakfast 2 boiled eggs
Snack Protein shake
Lunch 2 oz lemon pepper tuna, 1/4 cup lettuce 1/4 cup tomato, greek vinagerette dressing 1 TB
Dinner will be grilled chicken and steamed veggies
Liquid, tough since I don't drink while eating like before. So far 34ozs and 30 to go!
Vits took this morning. Added hair,skin and nails pills since I noticed I am shedding a bit. HUGE pills but I got them down!

So glad you separated the eating and drinking! I find it so key to my success!!! Here's a tip that may help... I drink 20 oz before I allow myself to eat my next meal or snack. I start my day with 20 oz before I have breakfast, then eat breakfast, then I wait 45-60 minutes, then another 20 or more oz, wait, have lunch, repeat throughout the day. It helps me get in fluids while avoiding grazing throughout the day.
