B - Premier Protein Shake (30g)
L - Premier Protein Shake (30g)
D - Either another Premier Protein Shake with PB2 or maybe the Toffee Fudge one with some PB2.

Liquids: so far 40oz, but probably get 17oz water with Mio and then a 2-3 10oz cups of hot tea.
Vitamins: forgot this morning, will get them in when I get home & hopefully my nutrametrix Calcium came in the mail.
Exercise: Probably take my 2 big dogs on a walk seperately for 30 mins each. Can't do both at the same time :)

Here's today:

Coffee w/ 1/4C Atkins vanilla as creamer x2
Coffee W/ protein 

B:HB egg
S:string cheese
L: chicken leg & .70oz cheese
S:chia seed drink & 1 small Slim Jim
S:Coffee w/ T half & half & SF amaretto syrup
D:2oz venison meatloaf (finally gone!!) and .5oz horseradish cheese on top
S:1 big pickle 

With my oils I take, totals came to 810cals/20gcarbs/73protein

B: Vanilla protein shake with 2 tsp espresso powder
L: 5 shrimps and ****tail sauce
S: Fage Total 0% yogurt with vanilla stevia and a tsp of fruit only preserves
D: Salmon ~1-2 oz and a couple bites of Caesar salad (lettuce only no croutons)
