S: greek yogurt w/sf preserves
L: grilled chicken southwest salad... ate less than half
S: 1/2 bagel and cream cheese
D: some more salad

water: over half done
vites: done
exercise: 1 hour volleyball tonight

B: hard boiled egg

L: tuna salad (tuna, dill relish, miracle whip)
S: none
D: protein shake (I ate way to much at lunch so dinner needs to be light)
S: (after gym) 3 pieces of deli turkey w/ mustard

vits: morning done and calcium done
water: halfway done
exercise: gym tonight!

B: 1 hard cooked egg with 1 tbs low fat cream cheese, 1/2 slice deli turkey
L: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c. ff milk and a spoonful of Torani sugar free ginger bread flavored syrup... yum my new "thing"
S: 10 almonds
D: 2 oz broiled pork with 1/2 oz feta cheese sprinkled on top

Water: half down the hatch
Vitamins: half in the a.m. and half in the p.m.

1/4 cup oatmeal with apples
3 oz chicken + romaine lettuce + bleu cheese
Probably the same for dinner since I have leftovers.

L: 3oz Chobani Non Fat Greek Yogurt - Blood Orange flavor. YUM!
S: Other 1/2 of protein bar
D: I'm unsure right now..deviled egg? 1/2 egg omelette w/ cheese? Greek yogurt?
S: Protein Shake with fruit mixed in.
