Today is a Good Day

After what seems like a two week stall, I have lost about 1-2 lbs per week recently, I decided to smarten up a couple of days ago. Things really slowed down as I was eating more solids but i wasnt enjoying food much and often felt off after eating. And I giving in to some carbs the last couple of weeks, for no apparent reason or desire but did... My b/f keeps chips in the house so every night I would have about 6 but never felt very good afterwards. The good new is its only six where I would have eaten the whole bag before but... I think it slowed me down. Then my water intake was dropping.
So I went back to two protein drinks a day which automatically increased my water intake, made me full and stopped the snacking. No to mention the lecture I gave myself
My tummy feels satisfied and not sickly after eating a heavier substance. I have really noticed recently that my taste buds are changing. Foods that were once appealing chips/fries no longer taste good and even when I go to a restaurant for soup with friends it seems so salty.
Sooo today ... I broke 250 I am now 249 and officially down 50 lbs since my pre-op diet started on January 10, 2012. I will be two months out on Friday April 6 and have met my 50lb goal for my two month anniversary. Oh and I put on a hoodie for work today that I bought in Las Vegas four years ago. It fits very well zipped up
