SO SORRY THIS IS LATE!  Been a long day at an offsite work function... food choices were so-so.

B: one scrambled egg, 1/2 slice cheese, 1 slice ham
S: greek yogurt w/sf preserves and granola
L: 1 slice chicken, 1/2 slice ham, 1/2 slice turkey, 1 slice cheese, a little lettuce and french dressing
S: cookie, string cheese
D: guacamole & salsa, inside of fish taco, 1/3 tamale, coconut rum drink

water: done
vites: done
exercise: none today

 B: Protein shake w/ light soy milk
L: Oikos peach yogurt with granola
S: pineapple & cantaloupe & 1/2 stick string cheese
D: 2.5oz of the meatloaf meal of the week (egg used to bind) with tomato sauce & shredded cheese to top; steamed baby carrots
S: 1/2 stick string cheese

water: 20 oz to go
vitamins: waiting to take fish oil supplement
exercise: 45 min walk outside, last 20 min into the wind and uphill...whew, I was sweating despite all that cool breeze!

Nibbly day..

B1: 3scoop protein shake & coffee w/ half & half
B2: string cheese (yes, I eat the same thing for bfast almost every day!)
S: devilled egg made with GY
Chia drink
L: chicken salad (half mayo/half GY)
S: carbmaster yogurt
S: .33oz truffle cheese
S: 1C almond milk with instant coffee & expresso powder (was falling asleep)
D: shrimp ****tail soon, late dinner
S: NO!

Water: plenty
Vites: always
Excer: prob not tonight.. do bedroom workouts count?? ;)

L: 4 grilled nuggets from chic-fil-a
D: 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese with 1/3 c peach carbmaster yogurt

calories - 305, protein 47Gm, carb 9Gm

vitamins - still working of them
water - still working on it
exercise - not today

not the best day, need to increase my intake to avoid a stall and invest in a workout program I can do at home.  probably need to try to add another shake before bed.
